How do room rates work?
You book through us at agent pricing the public can’t see. Your rate already includes our flat 10% — the same for every plan, nothing added on top — and where it beats the public rate, that gap is your margin before any markup of your own. See how it works below.
Can I get a refund?

New customers (first-time purchases) have 30 days from the initial purchase to request a refund. Submit a written request within the 30-day window and we refund the prorated portion of any unused time. This does not apply to monthly subscription renewals.

Existing customers whose yearly subscription has already renewed for the next term have 30 days from the renewal date to request a refund.

You are not eligible if: you paid yearly and more than 30 days have passed since purchase; you paid for the renewal of a monthly subscription; or you are an existing customer and your monthly subscription has already renewed for the next term.
